Check at the address, not the town name

  • Use Angus City Hall to confirm permit requirements for work at a particular address.
  • Distinguish an Angus property from nearby Mustang or unincorporated Navarro County when checking municipal records.
  • School attendance zones, flood risk, HOA obligations, utilities and property taxes follow the exact address. Use current records: TEA school district locator, FEMA flood maps, county appraisal districts.
