Check at the address, not the town name

  • Ask which master and sub-association documents apply to the property, including assessments and exterior-change review.
  • Check the current Campion Trail map and status before planning a through-route; proposed extensions are different from existing connections.
  • School attendance zones, flood risk, HOA obligations, utilities and property taxes follow the exact address. Use current records: TEA school district locator, FEMA flood maps, county appraisal districts.
